Enter your repair expenses in the below area:

Type in rental property in the search box, top right of your screen, then click the magnifying glass

· Click the jump to rental property link in the search results.

· Follow the onscreen instructions

· Navigate to the Rental Summary page

· Scroll down the Expenses category, click Start or Update

· Navigate to the Enter Common Expenses page to make your entry

Enter your repair expenses in the below area:

Type in rental property in the search box, top right of your screen, then click the magnifying glass

· Click the jump to rental property link in the search results.

· Follow the onscreen instructions

· Navigate to the Rental Summary page

· Scroll down the Expenses category, click Start or Update

· Navigate to the Enter Common Expenses page to make your entry

The question wasn't how to enter the information. It was a question of what category to the expenses should be listed in.

For repairs, your category will be found on the "Enter Common Expenses" page-second category, second column.
