For my Air B&B, when I add in my expenses for repairs, cleaning, and maintenance, the software is adding those totals as income instead of deductions. Why?

Please clarify - when you are adding these expenses in what section are you entering them into?  The system should request information about each of those items separately and you should enter them into the area that lists them.  When you do that it should deduct it from your rental income.

Into the deduction section, per the prompts.

Are you seeing these expense items listed under the income topic for your property? Or do you have a negative net income?
