Erroneous input for capital gains interred by the system. I have no capital gains. How do I delete this entry?

If you did not enter any sales that produced a gain such as sale of stock, sale of property, etc, you can delete the form.

To Delete a Form

Open your return in TurboTax. 

• In the left side bar, select Tax Tools> Tools.
• In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
• Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet and follow the onscreen instructions
