Entering mortgage deduction when renting out part of home

Turbotax is putting 100% plus owner's % on home mortgage interest on Schedule A. i.e. mortgage interest on Schedule A and mortgage interest on Schedule E is twice the mortgage interest on Form 1098. What did I do wrong with the entries? How to fix this error?
