Does TurboTax support filing income, expenses and depreciation for a rental property? I'm unable to find the forms to enter the data.

Yes. TurboTax includes the filing of Schedule E for rental income and expenses.

 

To enter rental information in TurboTax Online:

 

1. Go to Income>Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) and click Add

 

2. Click Add rental or royalty

 

3. Enter the type of rental property 

 

4. TurboTax will guide you through setting up the property information and entering income, expenses, and depreciation.

If you are using the Online version you will need to use Premium, so you might need to upgrade.  Or you can use any of the Desktop installed programs.  All the Desktop programs have the same forms, you just get more help in the higher versions.
