Do I need to report cost basis on 1099-B on stock that shows "Expired Position"; 1099-B shows 0 proceeds; this is "share consolidation & return of value; this is ADR

TT requires a basis even if 0. don't know what your's is, but if more than 0 then you will lose the benfit of the capital loss. if it's 0, no need to report.
