Do I need to file an 8949?

You would need to file this is you sold/disposed of capital assets. Capital assets include stocks, bonds and mutual funds. TurboTax will create one for you if necessary.

Do I need to file an 8949?

I indicated the amount sold in my e-return. I really don't have any other information. Not sure what other information they would want. Thanks!
