Do I have to file CT state tax? I own a house in CT but do not rent it out, i do not earn an income in CT, it is not my primary home.

No. You do not need to file a tax return in a state unless you live in the state or derive income from the state. If you do not rent the house you have in Connecticut, you do not file a CT return because you have no other income in CT and do not live there.
