Do I enter my Vehicle License Fee (VLF) in my "Rental Property Vehicle Expense" or when you enter your VLF under "Deductions/Credits" . I'm guessing not in both places?

If you use your vehicle in your Rental Property activity, that is the best place to report vehicle expenses because they directly reduce your taxable rental income.

Entering the eligible portion of vehicle license fees under Deductions & Credits may result in no benefit if you're unable to itemize your deductions. Read more about this here: How does the itemized deduction differ from the standard deduction?
