Do 2024 Capital Loss Carry Forwards apply to 2025 Capital Gains? They did not come over to 2025.

Yes, a 2024 Capital Loss Carryover will offset 2025 capital gains. If your 2024 capital losses did not transfer to your 2025 tax return, you can manually add them. To do so, open your return in TurboTax, Click on Search, and type in "capital loss carryover", and then click on "Jump to capital loss carryover" in the search results. The program will take you to the screen where you can enter your prior year return.
