Currently aquiring "Neos Credits" in vr program that minted from the ETH blockchain

A vr program I have been using lately called NeosVR makes utilization of an internal currency called Neos Credits (NCR). This NCR is minted when Neos sends ETH of equivalent value to the minting address. This NCR (currently) is distributed to patreon supporters based on the tier they supported at. Will I need to keep track of this NCR aquisition? As NCR is a fungible value that is easily adjusted and moved between users of that platform, but it can be converted into ETH. If I will need to keep track of this NCR, what exactly will I need to track?
