Capital loss carryover

I can't get the 1040 to show the $3000 capital loss carryover

If you had a capital loss carryover from 2016, please make sure the capital loss carryover is properly reported in your tax information.

• Click on the Search icon in the upper right corner
• Type in Capital Loss Carryover and click on the magnifying glass icon
• Click on the "Jump to" link
• You will be asked, "Did you have investment losses you couldn't claim in 2016?"  Answer Yes
• Next, you will be asked if you know the amounts of your capital loss carryovers? 
  

If you answer yes, the next screen allows the opportunity to enter/adjust the amount of carryover from 2016.
