Capital loss carry forward

when I click on update turbo tax is not carrying forward my loss, I have $6k left and I know I can't submit more than $3k per year.

The loss was on my 2018 tax return, but when I am preparing my 2019 return it says I have $6k left but will not enter the $3k for 2019.

Hope this makes sense! Any and all help would be appreciated!
