Can you please give an accurate estimate of when depreciation will be available for a rental property asset for tax year 2025?

This error message has been coming up since January and is still present. This needs to be fixed soon-- "Depreciation and Amortization will be ready by February, but likely sooner"

Form 4562 is available, however the rental section depreciation area is still in process.

It is expected to be available later this week with the end of the week updates (which typically occur on Thursday nights), so please check back at the end of the week.

It's just a really, really poor job by Turbotax this year on this section. Even if I assume it's all the IRS's delays, that Intuit couldn't put more dates and details into the main screen instead of making people go onto the forums to ask (over and over...) with no update is crap.
