Can not uncheck "Election to NOT take Special Depreciation" in Turbo Business Desktop

Help Please.

     I took Special Depreciation on a bed and bedframe. Also took Special Depreciation on a desk.  Both are classified as 7 year depreciation.  Everything in section "Deductions" allowed me to take "Special Depreciation".

However, in section "Other", in the "Election Forms" page, I can not uncheck line item "Election to Not Claim Special Depreciation". This seems to be a contradiction that I can not resolve.  

   Would some one please clarify and maybe provide a solution to this contradiction?

If you are sure you did not elect to not take the special depreciation in the current year, or make deferral or accounting elections, you can delete the elections form as follows:

1. Choose the Tax Tools option on your left menu bar while working on your return

2. Choose Tools

3. Choose the Delete a form option under Other Helpful links 

4. Find the SDA elections form and delete it
