Hello,

Last year I filed my tax return on 1040NR and my Schedule NEC included my capital gains and losses.

This year, I'm considered a resident, and file my taxes on TurboTax - can I use my capital loss carryover from last year? If so, I would appreciate your guidance regarding what fields to consider when I input the numbers on TurboTax.

Since you filed a 1040-NR, unfortunately, your question is out of scope for TurboTax.
