Yes, you can report the income on Schedule E for rental income and expenses.

As you are entering the information about your rental property, you will see the question asking if you own the property.  You will need to answer the question as if you do own the property.

Then, when you are entering the expenses, be sure that you do not enter depreciation for the property since you do not own it.  You also would not be claiming mortgage interest or property taxes.
