No, you should not. Every 1099 is issued from one tax id (usually a company) to another tax id (usually you or maybe your spouse.) The names should match the tax id's.

I was not clear about removing the name. My wife's name is listed on my IRS filing for a 1099B. She is not shown on the 1099B. However, the Turbo tax shows her name on that filing I would like it removed from the tax filing. Thanks
If you are filing a joint return with your wife, then both names will appear on the Schedule D and Form 8949 as a result of the Form 1099-B entries. It is not possible to attribute the Form 1099-B entries to only one person listed on the tax return if it is a joint filing.
