Can I include a capital loss carryover on my return using Turbo Tax Premiere?

Yes!

If you transferred your prior return info it should already be filled in.

Enter a Capital Loss Carryover under
Federal
Wages and Income
Then scroll down to Investment Income
Capital Loss Carryovers - Click the Start or Update button
