Can I enter VARIOUS ON MY 1099 consolidated dates in my stocks transactions

Enter various for dates of assets bought and any date for the sale compatible with the long or short term holding period as appropriate.

At least for the mobile version and elsewhere, the only option is to enter a date. This is problematic as most investments i purchased over a several year stretch. It may be that I have to enter dates but seems like I remember last year just uploading the form and the program sorting it out. It also may be that I have to switch to my laptop to complete this.

I have no experience with the mobile version but had no problem with the desktop program.
