Can I download a copy of the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains Tax Worksheet?

TurboTax does not have a print version of the Tax Computation Worksheet. When I asked, the response was to review IRS Publication 17...that' was a bust. I ended up using the IRS 1040 Instructions to get the worksheet, and used it to figure out the calculations manually.
