Can I deduct expenses on my international property that rented 120 nights, and had personal use of 82 nights?

Of course. Rental property is rental property, regardless of where it may be on the planet. But if I may ask out of curiosity (because I suspect you're reporting something wrong) you've only accounted for 202 nights of the year. What was the status for the remaining 163 nights? Or did you purchase the property in 2019 maybe?
