Yes. Add the house as an Asset. I don't know how or where and haven't found a support article for how to enter it. You either need to be in the Online Premium version or any desktop program.
In TurboTax, Enter at:
- Federal Taxes tab (Personal if using Home & Business download)
- Wages & Income
Scroll down to
-Rental Properties and Royalties - Click Start or Update
After entering your property info, you'll reach a screen titled "Review your (property address) Rental Summary"
Click Start (or Update) at Assets/Depreciation
