There is no deduction for rent not paid. Since it is an income tax, you have less income to pay tax on. You can still deduct all your expenses as well as the amounts to have them evicted.

There is no deduction for rent not paid. Since it is an income tax, you have less income to pay tax on. You can still deduct all your expenses as well as the amounts to have them evicted.
