Can I claim the rent I paid while living in a house in 2019?

I paid $1300/month for rent and want to know if I can claim that anywhere.

Rent paid as a renter is not deductible on a federal tax return.   Some states may allow the rent paid as a deduction so the TurboTa state program cover this if available.
