Calculating "Days Rented"

When calculating days rented, is that the days someone paid to stay or is it the number of days rentable?

Say I was trying to rent 365 days, but I only actually had people renting in 200 days.

Days available for rent even if there is no one staying in there.

The days it was actually rented.

If there were no personal days, it doesn't matter.  But if there were personal days, it is important that you enter the days it was actually rented.
