2019 taxes

I am considering making some investment changes in my stock portfolio which would generate some significant capital gains taxes for 2019.  Is there a way to "estimate" if everything else being the same as 2018, how the capital gains taxes would effect my 2019 return.

I know tax laws are not final for 2019, just looking for a estimate.
