2018 Import

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. This is the 1st year I cannot get my rental info to import into 2019. Any info on this would be appreciated. I have 3 properties from prior years

Make sure you are signing in with the same User ID from last year. It is possible that you have multiple accounts.

Check the linkMultiple TurboTax account to find out which TurboTax accounts are linked to your email address.

TurboTax will automatically import your 2018 tax information.  Make sure that you sign in with the same user ID that you used when you prepared your 2018 tax returns.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
