1099B download problems from Morgan Stanley

I have company stock, I had tax events in 2019.  I connected to my Morgan Stanley stockplan account and transfered the data.  No tax taxes paid information was transfered, yet I have other reports from Morgan Stanley that show tax information being paid.  In fact the stock was sold to cover taxes owed.  

Where do I start to figure this out?

the taxes should have been included on your W-2 as withholding.
