1099-B for a spin-off event that is for fractional shares, worth less than $1.00 in box 5?

How do I enter a 1099-B for a spin-off event that is for fractional shares, worth $0.36 in box 5?  From Honeywell spinoff of Solstice Advanced Materials.  Shares in long term DRIP account, so listed as noncovered.

All boxes are empty other than box 5, for the $0.36.  When I go to enter and click on the link for 1099-B has other boxes with info, it says box 5 does not need to be included.  All other boxes are empty.  Any chance that I do not need to include this 1099-B in my return?
