How to report the "Payment in Lieu" Income from broker lending stock program

I received a Payment in Lieu for stocks that my broker loans out.  This is not reported on the 1099's but rather included as a last line item Payment in Lieu with a footnote saying this information was not reported to the IRS.  So how do I report this to the IRS?   I don't think I know which stocks it is associated with.
