Refund request

Hello . I wasn't able to receive my turbo card through po box . So I requested a paper check . And I was told to take a picture of the front and back of my driver's license . And my current po box address to the email address [email address removed] . And I'm making sure y'all got it .. thank you

Not sure where you sent that---but no one in the user forum knows anything at all about your check or your identification to try and get it.  Who told you to send a picture of your driver's license?    Was this something to do with the third party bank that processes refunds when you have your fees deducted from your federal refund?

 

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
