Hi I have a turbo tax card and it's saying the account is closed how do we get a new card that is where my stimulus is going to and I have no access to the card no more I would really appreciate the help

I used my refund to pay for my turbo tax costs. I did not put on my taxes that I can be claimed on someone else's taxes. How do I fix this?
