Stimulus check

I filed my taxes through y'all on the 11th the IRS has my information on where's my refund it says it's being processed however I went to track my stimulus they can't pull up my information please tell me what I need to do everyone has received their stimulus payments and I have not do my taxes need to be processed first someone let me know something

This is ridiculous to not know where our checks are going in a time of financial crisis. People are desperate for this money for groceries, bills, etc.   I will not be using this service ever again and I’m sure I’m not alone on this one... and then to give us some standard, insensitive, vague response?   Really?

It's very disappointing I am lucky I have a second source of income but like you said many people don't and they're looking for this money to help support their families through this crisis. And to be told you can't speak to a person unless you pay an extra $69 that's unacceptable

I actually used the IRS portal this morning to check the status of my refund and it prompt me to enter my direct deposit information. I used turbo tax as well and received my refund on the turbo card. Hopefully this intervenes on my stimulus payment being sent to them. Customer service is the WORST!! I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks. Never will I use them again.

@NikkiS I did the exact same thing used my direct deposit information from my tax returns and the last 3 digits from my turbo card account number differ from the last 3 digits of the account number my tax refund was deposited to. Even though I received my refund on my turbo card. Its all confusing and frustrating, I hope its resolved soon.

I absolutely did misunderstand .  And yes it is very confusing,  and  them not been available to assist is horrible. My sister used chimes and she got hers with no issue.

I will never use TurboTax again how is it that my refund went into the right account but my stimulus check went to my tax preparer That I Used 2 years ago.

And no one can help me get this sorted out thanks for absolutely nothing but a beg headache

My stimlus said it went to turbo tax and the banks of these companies are pocketing it according to the news article. I think we all need to file a lawsuit against them and get our money back!

Have no idea which article you are referring to.

TurboTax does not receive any type of tax refund, federal or state.  TurboTax cannot receive any stimulus payment.

TurboTax is NOT a bank.  TurboTax is a tax preparation software company.
