What pin? Are you referring to accessing your TurboTax account?
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I filed my taxes for last year and I didn't print it but was trying to apply for the economic impact payment and its asking for my 5 digit pin from last year but I don't have it
I can't file this year it ask for the same thing
If you attempted to e-file on October 15 and the e-file was rejected, you have until October 20 to fix it and e-file it again. You can try using zero if you cannot come up with your 2018 AGI or Pin. If that does not work then print sign and mail your return.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
