What product are you asking about?   This is mainly a TurboTax tax return forum, but we may be able to tell you how to contact the product customer support once it's clear what you are referring to.

Direct deposit for what purpose?   For instance, did you set up direct deposit with your employer to deposit your payroll funds on the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card?  Or is  your issue something else?

I have the intuit turbo card . I set up direct deposit with my employer, but i mistakenly used the wrong number when putting in information of my account number for the turbo card

This is mainly a user community forum.  You'll have to get the Turbo Card's Customer Support to assist you.

Normally, a bank only accepts a direct deposit if the name and account number match.   If the account number was incorrect and causing a mismatch with the account name, the Turbo Card's bank should have refused it and sent it back to your employer's bank.   But it is possible for a direct deposit to slip through and be made into the wrong account.   Maybe it's being sent back and just hasn't arrived yet.  In any case,  hopefully Turbo Card people can check on it with their bank to see if it was returned or deposited into the wrong account, even though you say there is no "trace number."

If your employer payroll dept. doesn't have a trace number, maybe your employer's bank that sent the funds is the one that would have the trace number.  There should be some kind of record of it with the employer's bank.

You'll also need to correct the deposit info so it doesn't happen again.

if there was no such account so the employer or payroll processor should still have the money.  if there was such an account and the owner withdrew the funds, the employer may be unable to get back the funds.    discuss further with your payroll department.  but you may have to consult a lawyer.
