Billing

I purchased intuit TurboTax Deluxe, licensed # ending in TEYM for $49.88, it didn’t work and led me to order # Ending in 5475 for $110. I have been purchasing your program for many years and never had a problem until recently. 
Please refund ASAP my $110 to visa.   Thank you! SA

You have just posted that license code to the internet, exposing it to anyone who wants to steal and use it.

 

This is a public web site that can be seen by anyone—including scammers and would-be identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax.  Please remove the personal information you posted here ASAP by returning to your post and clicking the three little blue dots on the upper right to edit your post.

 

 

You can have a discussion with customer support about a refund.   When you say "it didn't work"----what did not work?   You cannot use that code to pay for online software.   It has to be used for the CD/download.  Sometimes we see users who get confused and they log on to online TT and use it by mistake and then do not understand why they are being billed and cannot pay with the code.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

Odyssey service and the fee is 179 on the 19th they planned on taking it out of my account I haven't received my refund for taxes yet which is which I was planning on to pay you guys with

@Kenneth421    "Odyssey service..."?    Did autocorrect go nuts?   

 

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive?  Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account.  TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
