Can I get turbotax online to carry forward information from my 2024 return?

I have filed using turbotax online for at least the past 6 years. Normally it says welcome back and carries forward my information including self-employment. This year it is not bringing info forward no matter what I try.

If you're using the Do-It-Yourself (Online) version this year, you can import information from last year into this year's version. But make sure you use the same username and password to import information that you have used in the past. You won't be able to import any data if you're not logged into the right account.

This is totally incorrect. I am logged into the same account I have used for the past 7+ years. I can see all of those returns. When I start a new return it does not import any of my 2024 information into the 2025 return.

When you signed in, did you click on "Create a different return" or "Start your return"? When you click on Start your return, this is where you will see your information carried forward.
