Mortgage interest form in deceased husband's name

My husband passed away in 2018.  His will is still in the probation process.  Both of our names are on the deed, but because his name was listed first, the 1098s are in his name.  I'm the only person paying the mortgage.  How do I handle this on the tax form?

You can claim the mortgage interest from Form 1098 since you and your late husband are co-owners of the property and you paid the mortgage (I assume) and are probably legally obligated to pay the mortgage as co-owner (I assume).

Enter Form 1098 in TurboTax as if it was issued in your name.
