Hello. I am trying to file 2021 tax. I refinanced home in 2020 and 2021 with same lender. I only got one 1098 form and its loan origination date is in 2020. Am I supposed to get two 1098 forms for each refinances? Or because it’s from same lender I only get one form?

You would have to ask the lender.  Can you tell if the 1098 covers the whole  year?
