Since you don't have a home mortgage or loan, you can delete form 1098. Here is how you can Delete a form from your Turbo Tax online return.
Did you buy a home in 2008 using the federal first time homebuyers credit? This was up to $7500, in the form of a loan that had to be repaid $500 per year over 15 years. If you did buy a home with that credit, but you know longer live in that home, then you may not have filed correctly to discharge the credit when you moved out. Post back with your details for more information.
if you did not buy a home in 2008 and did not get the credit, then the IRS apparently has a problem with their database. You will need to print and mail your tax return this year. Then, contact the taxpayer Advocate to get them to work on fixing the IRS database so that it will not look like you owe a repayment. https://www.irs.gov/taxpayer-advocate
