I use cab (Uber) to report to client location for my services. Can I claim these expenses as self-employed?

Yes. You can enter them as “Travel” expenses in the “Business Expenses” section of the Self-Employment interview.

 

If you are self-employed, you can claim your accounting fees in the “Self-Employment” section of the EasyStep interview. Click on the “Find” icon in the blue menu and search for “self”. Select “Self-Employment Summary” and then click the “Go” button.

 

On the “Your Self-Employment or Business Summary” page click “Edit” next to your business name.

 

Click on the “Business Expenses” link.
