I cannot update my email to match my ID. I tried multiple times and ti falls back to the same email. there is no support on this company

It took many times to update my id and get the new one. I am trying to match my email, and i get the verification code; however, it falls back to the same old email over and over again. I tried dozen of times. how come I cannot update an email. what's wrong with this company.

    it still doesn't work. I tried multiple times, with multiple browsers and different computers.
