Question

How can I correct my income summary when the data from my T4A slips (box 48) have not been entered, despite these being in my Turbotax file?

The details are in the question above. I can't manually correct my self-employment income to include the self-employment commissions from my T4A slips which, once again, are already loaded into the system.

If you pre-included all your self-employment information and then added your T4A, the system will automatically create a second self-employment form for you when you assign box 48 as self-employment commissions.

To correct this, you would need to either remove or delete the self-employment business you already created and enter the information on the self-employment return that was created for you by TurboTax or fill in the information about your business and not include any expenses or any income from the first self-employment.
