Where do I enter the county taxes and HOA fees from the time the rental ended and the time of sale of rental property?

I understand that I cannot claim HOA and County taxes as selling expenses for the sale of a rental property.  But I had some pro-rated adjustments that were essentially the charges of remaining fees on HOA and County taxes since the rental ended and before the selling date of the home.  Do I get to claim that somewhere or not?

HOA fees would become a personal expense as the former rental is now a second home once it has been removed from service. HOA fees as a personal expense are not deductible. County taxes would be deductible for the personal share if you itemize your deductions.
