TT not deducting maximum LTC premium amount (corrected)

I am 62 yo. For 2018 I paid $4,881 in Long Term Care premiums, but Turbo Tax only shows $1,928 under Self-Employed Health Insurance as opposed to the limit allowed of $4,150. Any advice?

The deduction for self-employed health insurance is limited to your net business income after all deductions and home office expense are applied.  The Line 31 is this amount.  Is your Net Business Income the $1928?
