Amending

I had to amend so now my original amount decreased, and 1040x says I owe 1,400. I did not received my original amount yet or amended amount, will I receive the original amount or amended amount?

You will receive your original refund amount and then you will have to send back the amended return owed amount (so you will get your refund and then have to send back $1,400 from it).  You should, of course, wait until you have actually received the first refund before you send it back.
