Are all the forms and schedules for your tax return finalized?  Click on Review on the left side of the online program screen to see if your return is waiting on any forms or schedules.

Mine Says the same thing I think it's because the feds aren't accepting Until the 23rd of January

Everyone saying that you have to have your federal tax return accepted before you can file state. My federal was accepted on the 19th and I still can’t submit my state without it telling me “Tax Year 2022 transmissions are not available”

I've cleared my cookies and tried using different browsers and still unable to transmit.

Same problem here. I receieved an email stating all forms are ready to file, but then get the same message. I was waiting for a form from NC. I kind of think they jumped the gun to get people to pay for their service in advance.

You may need to file Federal return by itself, then file State once those returns are being accepted. 

I just ran across this issue today. After selecting “file later” for my state, the Federal return transmitted without errors. 

NC here and its doing the same. Seems based on a number of people that they are not accepting like they said. So though its upsetting to do all that and poof we cannot efile I am just going to wait another day or till monday to try again. Atleast it keeps all the info saved so its just a few clicks.

I unchecked NC and it still is not going through. But I was able to pay with absolutely no issues. I don't understand NC never being ready when tax time comes around the same time every year...

My Federal finally went through just now. I had to delete the NC refund for it to transmit and once it went through, I went back in and re-added the state information without starting over. Still receiving that not available message though when attempting to submit it.
