You help file says "We'll ask about your FSA later on, so don't enter that account info here." but it doesn't ask. Where do I enter my FSA information?

Money you contribute to your flexible spending account for medical expenses is deducted from the wages reported on line 1 on your W-2 form, so the tax benefit you receive from it will be automatic when you enter your W-2 form. So, normally there are not additional entries you need to make for it on your tax return.

What kind of FSA?

If dependent care benefit, this is covered in the Child and Dependent Care Credit section on the Deductions page.

If a medical FSA, go to the Medical expense deduction.  TurboTax is designed for you to enter all your medical expenses, then enter all your reimbursements, from insurance, FSA or HSA, and TurboTax will subtract the reimbursements and calculate if there is any deductible amount left.  If you don’t plan on entering deductible medical expenses, you won’t enter a medical FSA anywhere else.
