Will Minnesota accept electronic filling using TurboTax this year?

This past year I had to file state return manually.

In order to e-file a state return, your federal return must be successfully e-filed and accepted. You do not say why you had a problem e-filing your MN return. Thousands of users e-filed MN returns. It was not a MN problem--it was your problem. If you have a MN property tax/rent credit form that must always be mailed.

Turbo Tax gives me no reason why I cannot file my MN tax form. I have paid and downloaded Turbo Tax on-line. Now what do I have to do? I had the same problem in 2018!
